The entire world is currently battling with COVID-19. The first case was accounted for from Wuhan, China. However, China has nearly recouped from this pandemic with some more fresh cases.

India is now unlocking itself after three months of lockdown with around 2,10,120 live cases and 16,095 total deaths. Offices, shops are opened and slowly the whole nation is coming back to its normal functioning.

The thing which we need to keep in mind is that the government has opened the lockdown for reviving the economy not because the virus is gone. You still have to be cautious especially the residents of Delhi and Mumbai.

Keep a check on your mental health

This lockdown has affected thousands of people. People are responding to higher anxiety and stress levels which were expected as the Indian population has huge differences in educational, and economical levels. Till now two cases many cases have been recorded where the people have committed suicide either they were symptomatic or affected by the COVID-19.

With increasing COVID19 numbers, stress, and fear among people getting infected is also increasing. In this period, it is extremely important to practice yoga asanas and physical activity to keep your mood and brain light up. It is a long topic which we will try to cover in my next article.
